THE COOKING EXPERIENCE
You are invited to join celebrity chef Tim Love for a fully interactive cooking class. During the live demonstration, you will get the opportunity to cook a full meal, including signature cocktail recipes, alongside Chef Tim Love. Guests are encouraged to ask questions at a live Q & A session with the Chef following the virtual cooking experience.
The exclusive cooking event includes expert guidance from an award-winning chef and restaurateur for the ultimate culinary experience. Cooking kits with fresh ingredients needed for the virtual experience, will be delivered to guests prior to the event for an at-home culinary experience like no other.
* A recording of the cooking demonstration will be available to ticket holders immediately after the live event via email. If you're not able to view the live event, you can follow along the cooking experience at your leisure.
What We’re Cooking
Chef Love has curated a signature meal full of fresh ingredients for the ultimate at-home culinary experience. Cooking kits will include all of the ingredients to cook:
- Grilled skirt steak with serrano pepper and fresh lime butter glaze
- Flame grilled cauliflower with cilantro pesto from scratch
- Whole roasted red onions
- Whole grilled potatoes with a chili oil garnish
What We’re Drinking
Follow along as Chanelle Fox with Tequila Herradura walks you through crafting two delicious tequila cocktails at home.

About Chef Tim Love
Texas chef Tim Love is known as much for his vibrant personality as his signature urban western cuisine at critically and popularly acclaimed venues including Lonesome Dove Western Bistro in Fort Worth, Austin, and Knoxville; and several other concepts. Love also expanded his portfolio to Houston in March, with three concepts in Levy Park, including a second location of his acclaimed Woodshed Smokehouse. Love lives in Fort Worth, TX with his wife and three children.

FAQ
Kits will be delivered to your doorstep prior to the event. You will receive an email with tracking information when your cooking kit is shipped out.
A link to the virtual event will be sent to all ticket holders prior to the event, via the email provided at checkout.
The cooking kit will come with full cooking ingredients list, including what tools you will need. The Chef will walk guests through the entire recipe during the live demonstration and send full recipes and instructions post event.
The cooking demonstration will be conducted with standard cooking tools. The food can be cooked on a grill or also on a stovetop with a skillet. No specific culinary equipment is required.
A video of the cooking demonstration on Zoom will be sent out to ticket holders along with the recipes to enjoy shortly after the live experience.
The demonstration will be approximately 2 hours long.
